Ticket Offices close 30 minutes before closing time.
Visitors are kindly asked to clear the gallery 15 minutes before closing.
On Sunday the sale of tickets at the ticket office will finish at 2:00 p.m., apart from advanced bookings.
Palacio de Cristal would be closed on rainy days.
